GTX 980ti event id4101

Hello everyone
 
first sorry for my english ill try my best to make it understandable
 
im having this issue for like 3 months now whenever i play some games (black desert online , call of duty world at war , call of duty wwii for example) i get black screen and sometimes freezes for few seconds and when i check my event viewer i see this "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
 
all the drivers and windows are up to date also i tried the msi afterburner and checked test it i didnt had any black screen
 
my spec is
m.b: msi z170a gaming m5
cpu: core i7 6700 3.4Ghz
vga: evga gta980ti sc acx 2.0+    "as the lookup from the gpz show me"
ram: 32gb kingstone hyperx predator 3000mhz ddr4    2x16gb
psu: 650w
 
i attached the gpuz if this will help with anything

    thanks for moving the post , sorry i didnt notice i post it at 10 series 
     
    also i dont have any issue with other games like conan exiles i can play this game for hours and dont have any issue

    Sounds like the video card has a problem. Can you test it in another known good working pc?

    Then I would suggest you take it to a local pc shop for testing.
