Ok so I was doing benchmark tests and I changed the pixel clock on PrecisionX 16 not understanding what I was getting myself into.

Tv now says "NOT SUPPORTED" OH NO!!!

So I pulled the card from the slot and booted with the Intel onboard graphics card and uninstalled PrecisionX.
Reinstalled the card back into the slot and rebooted.
I get a splash screen, than once OS starts i still get "NOT SUPPORTED" banner dancing around my Tv screen. I guess it should be saying "YOUR A DUMB ASS"

What would I have to do?
Uninstall the driver for my card also to get things working again?

    Almost certainly.

And you should delete Precision's leftover .cfg files in the Program Files (x86) folder too.

    Thanks.
Do I need any software to completely uninstall or just do it in device manager?

Use Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode, selecting to uninstall the NVIDIA Graphics Driver.
