    Probably normal.

See: Why does my EVGA graphics card run hot? in the EVGA FAQs for some ideas/things to try.

Maybe use a more aggressive fan curve in EVGA Precision..You can also try lowering your monitor Refresh Rate, or limiting the FPS in EVGA Precision, or maybe it's time to replace the thermal paste on the GPU chip.

most cards are around safe up until 120° C, and most cards (from middle to high perfomance) will round around 90-100° when in full charge(i'm "generalizing"), and the fans will be as low as possible, top speed at 70%, but you can use XOC to set it up faster and sure will be a lot of noise but will drop in temperature...many if they rise from those 100° + 10° will drop mhz to cool or directly will shut the system before dying (even some will die anyway)

I think it's time to replace the thermal paste

increase the speed of the fans and I could lower -10c. but the sound is loud

MX-4 is good (8.5 W/mk Thermal Conductivity)..Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is better (12.5 W/mk Thermal Conductivity)..Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut is the best in my opinion (73 W/mk Thermal Conductivity), but it's liquid metal.

All my life I was cheated, I only knew MX4 and AS5

I am going to buy Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut because the other one does not exist in my country
