GTX 950 SC Randomly stopped working

As the title states my gpu randomly stopped working, it does not show up in device manager or in BIOS. I attempted to replug the graphics card various time but constantly failing, I also attempted to install drivers but my pc could not find the gpu.
 
My Specs:
Intel Core i5 4460
MSI H97 PC Mate
8GB DDR3
GTX 950 SC
400W PSU

    Sounds like the card or pci-e slot is dead. Try testing the card in another pci-e slot, or try testing the card in another pc.

    Try a different card. It's always good to have a less expensive spare.
