I've found the same problem on Youtube. Any ideas?

    Are you still under warranty? Does this occur at idle and also while gaming?

    No, my warranty exceed 3 months ago. This occurs at idle. I haven't tried at gaming because other fan works on overload. That scared me to try gaming.

    Monitor your temps with EVGA Precision or another similar app and game for about 1 minute or so and monitor the fan.

    Check ebay to see if you can find a replacement stock cooler, or go with an aftermarket cooler. You could also try mounting some aftermarket fans to the card with some zip ties.

    Alternatively I've seen used GTX 760 video cards on 2nd hand websites going for about 40 dollars

    It works on 30C generally. Fan works on full speed.
    In game it goes up to 60C and fan still works on full speed. And I can't change the fan speed by fan settings.

    PS: I don't want to buy a used or a new card.

    I've bought two fans for 11 dollars from Aliexpress. They totally works fine now.
