GTX 690 Missing half part of gold pin..warranty voided?

Basically i got this card from ebay a few days ago. After taking a close look at it, i see that 2 pci connectors gold pins have a missing end. Does nvidia see this as physical damage, and therefore, voids the warranty? Or is this a common issue with videocards and evga notes this as a defect? I'm still under my return period, but wanted to know if this voids the warranty, so i can return it to the seller. Any help will be greatly appreciated it.

    Welcome to the forums!
     
    We would have to review it as if it did not happen on it's own the damage would not be under the warranty. Please note that PCIe connectors normally have two of the pins that are not the full length of the rest of them.  If you have another PCIe card to compare you can check if the pins on the other one are the same as the card's pins.

    I just took pictures of the videocard, these are the pins that seem to be missing quite part of the gold plating on them. Will that void the warranty or is this a common issue?

    These are the ones that are normally short.  This would not cause any issues with the card.
