Hi im using precision xoc with a gtx 660 and when im am playing a game sometimes the fan goes down it does not stop but goes down low enough that the card starts to heat up and i get a black screen and i can still hear the audio but no picture. I have to close the game down adjust the fan slider back up then the fan speeds back up then i can play again. Any suggestions? I am running the latest drivers on my card and on precision xoc. Thanks for any help

Close out of xoc, and use msi afterburner to adjust your fans. See if that fixes the issue.
