Have a 1080 FTW Hybrid and love it. Just got this 1080ti FTW Hybrid today and this is what I'm seeing. Only the ftw is lit up, the GPU fan does not spin except for a second at startup but the radiator fan does.

Try turning the leds on with precision xoc, or the led visualizer from nvidia.

Computer doesn't even recognize the card, not in windows device manager and not in xoc. Wiggling the card enough causes windows to freak out and some of the other LED's to flicker for a split second.

Have you tried to reseat the card to the motherboard? Have you tried to use the card in another pci-e slot? Is your motherboard bios completely up to date? Have you tried using the other vbios on the card? I believe the fan spinning up then stopping at startup is normal.

Tried both PCI slots, my 1080 works in both. Tried re seanting multiple times and different PCI cables. Tried both normal and OC from the switch.

Sorry not at home at the moment but... I'm 90% sure...

My system won't post until that big EVGA Hybrid light is lit.

Not at home for a day or two and really can't remember if the fan on the graphics card shroud spins on boot. The fan on the rad is always spinning of course.

Don't see a back plate in the pic?? Is thst a original 1080ti hybrid card or a hybrid cooler for the ftw3 that you installed?

    Basically yes.

On a cold boot the light stays off (on the side logo "EVGA Hybrid") for 1-3 seconds I would say with nothing posting on the screen. Once the light appears on the "EVGA Hybrid" logo, I then look over at my monitor and it normally displays the UEFI/bios post for me. Reboots are a different matter they boot quickly. I'm not at home to double check but that's what I have been noticing.

I've been testing the new bios fix (Meltdown and Spectre) for my Asus Apex mobo and bad overclocks or bad settings whereby the system won't post -  I noticed that the "EVGA Hybrid" light stays off. Could be irrelevant or just how the mobo engages components but none the less thought I would mention it as this is my first hint of trouble ha!

I did have some issues with my pump not engaging on some cold boots but I'm trying a theory out at the moment which seems to be working but I'm still testing. That's another story!
