I heard that this card comes with 2 BIOS and one of them have max power at 122%, but lowest fan mode is 20%.
Is there any other BIOS that I could use, to have 122% or higher power limit, but also keep that zero fan mode?

I'm getting my GPU this or next week, and I just want to have everything prepared for it.
Is it safe to use power limit of more than 122% ? Is it even possible?

Nope, but you can use PrecisionXOC to make a custom fan curve that does that.

You can safely set the maxium power limit allowed for the card using PrecisionXOC. You can't go over that without modifying the card (this voids your warranty).
