GTX 1060 not displaying on displayport windows 10

Built this pc about a week ago with no problems, all displays working fine. today I boot and the monitor will display in boot. but once windows kicks in monitors goto black and arent being seen by windows. I do have my 40" tv on hdmi which works perfectly fine. not sure whats going on here. Ive reinstalled the latest drivers with no luck

Asus Strix ROG b350-f
Ryzen 7 1700X
16 GB ram
750 Watt supply
1 Insignia TV
2 Pavilion 20BW monitors

    Other monitors seen in nvidia multi monitor menu? Thinking may be windows updated the drivers and reset the multi monitor setup.

    What happens when all displays are disconnect from the gpu except one 20BW monitor? Are you running any adapters? If yes, have you tried using another adapter? Have you tried a different display cable as well?
