Looks like some GTA 6 gameplay screenshots/video got leaked from one of the devs or an intern/TFT/Tester took of the alpha/beta build.

As a retired AAA dev and a fellow gamer I am not even going to break it down, game is still in an early phase and that's not fair to rockstar. Trust me games look like pooo in their alpha to early beta phases of the production.
