GPU block compatibility for evga 1070 Ti SC Hybrid?

I want to upgrade to a custom loop, but can't find any GPU blocks that say they are compatible with my GPU. I was wondering if anyone knows if the 1070 Ti SC Hybrid has any compatible blocks or if it is a reference PCB.
I was also wondering if i could cut the tubes, put fittings on, and just add to a loop since it is already a hybrid.
 
I appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks!

    It is not going to be easy to find a Water Block for your Card.

    Sadly, I'm not in the EU.
    I can't seem to find that anywhere else. Is that block only sold in the EU?
