Could not decide if this needed to be in software or here but since it has to deal directly with my 3090 here it goes..
Running HWINFO64 and noticed that Thermal Limit Max and Avg read yes. Looking at all my max temps it would seem that is not true. Can anyone make any sense of this? I am interpreting it as the max temp threshold is being reached.

A thermal flag has been thrown at some point while HWINFO has been open.
Its a bit useless reading on Ampere since the driver will trigger it when switching from windowed to full screen in DX12 and Vulkan even with everything under rated temps since thats was part of how they fixed the release day black screen crashes.
