I signed up for the EVGA program that was intended to alert me when GPUs were available I'm not seeing any indication of that on the website. I signed up last year and never received any emails informing me that GPUs were available.

     Welcome to the EVGA Forums
     
    Seems the "Queue system" is what your asking about  .... "Notified"
     
    Tied to the E-mail you registered to your EVGA Account - When you applied to be Notified -  check your spam filter
     
      Log In & look under " My EVGA" at top of screen & then My Notifies  for a list of any GPU you signed up to get notified
