I think I have same issue with i8700 processor on the EVGA H370 stinger board
To have the system working well with 95W TDP cooler, I have to disable the turbo mode. If it is not disabled, the system gets too hot when it is under load as the CPU runs at turbo frequency all the time...
I would really wish a setting in the BIOS, which ensures the CPU is operated within specified TDP limit. Is this something EVGA could add for this board? (taking into consideration that the EVGA H370 stinger board is potentially used inside Mini-ITX cases...) Thanks
