Tasks ready to send 101, I have been waiting 3 Hours for some tasks and cannot seem get any?
I downloaded way too late for this one, but did not have trouble getting tasks... Hope you have got more by now..

So my attempt at the firewall block rule did not work after all. I sat at that machine for more than an hour after the rule installed. It was all good, then went back to release the fish at the start of the sprint and they were gone already. It's not a huge deal, only about 50 tasks on 1 computer but my inability to block a web address is comical.

Yes it couldn't have been easier,  it just didn't take. I mean the rule is still there, I named it "block pogs" just to try and fool the internet a little more.

I noticed that credit weirdness too. In addition to that, Pogs and Free-DC don't talk often. I uploaded tasks yesterday and still show zilch on FDC. It could be that double checking is taking a while due to FB but other projects handle it better.

Morning Everyone, very Nice 4th spot out of the gates, Excellent work.  I dropped a small bomb load this just now, about 250 tasks, I have more left in the tank about 600 tasks and counting, so going to hold onto them for a bit and drop all the rest later this afternoon when I get close to running out of tasks. Catch you later as off to work I go..

I just realized something a bit scary.
As a TEAM, I would be in the Top 5 of League 1, and #1 for Leagues 2 and 3, on Moo Wrapper Marathon.
Now that vorsholk has stopped his abuse, I'm returning to folding. I no longer MOO due to abuses by certain "whales" in the Gridcoin community - so I now work the Distributed.net project directly again.

I finally got my other rig going last night, that one is not in that BoincTasks list....this one dropped 100+ tasks... After the challenge I will add it in, so just running the client locally on it, right next to all my other rigs..

Nice job Steve - I had everything shut down as I now have a new ISP - moving pcs now as the router is in a different part of the house. Much faster internet and 2gHz and 5gHz wireless - so I am a happy dude - the previous provider had a 10 year old router/modem that was three times slower than the new one.

Most of the wingmen you seek to validate your returns are still bunkering, I'd say. Closer to the end of the race, I expect 80% of the pending to get validated, as those bunkers get released.
Prior to the Sprint's announcement, OCN was out-producing OcUK. Now look at them, waaay back in 4th. Pfft. They are just waiting to nuke us all, I say. :(

Very interesting Tony... So if all my nearly 1000 Pending tasks get validated, seems that is not really an advantage?? as Both get points... or do they get more for validation?? We are trying to hang in there, even the kitchen sink has some tasks, shame they do not count.. Appreciate your comments and thoughts. Cheers Steve

Correct, both get the points, so, yeah, kinda silly to bunker, as the only advantage is that a competitor might slack off if leading. And for the shear terror it causes the enemy, lol. If you have multiple clients though, the advantage is that you load up on tasks early, then by the end of the race, all those 'old' workunits have a better chance of having been crunched already by someone else. The new tasks we get today have less chance of getting validated (prior to race's end), than the old tasks downloaded on Wednesday. That's one theory at least. But I guess the same theory holds true, if you got all 4 days worth of tasks on just one client and not getting any fresh tasks in the meantime. My pending was greater than 53% yesterday.
