For anyone who have Z10 Keyboard for UK only and there will may two red led button are not on led! Do not worry I have the problem myself as you can see the photo below and you can ask EVGA tech and they will help you and you will need firmware and they will send you Firmware!!! as thought no need RMA  
 

 
After install firmware and the result two red led are on now!!!

    Good info. I must say that keyboard layout is different than mine. I didn't know the UK has their keys in a different place.

    We are in the process of creating an FAQ for the factory reset firmwares for both the US and FR/DE/UK layouts, so that should be completed soon.

    Thanks to EVGA TECH lee who did help me through solve my keyboard problem and now it sorted!!!
