Looking for a clean, sleek, silent, 170mm HSF(NH-D15), midtower case that will sit on the floor well, maybe somethings thats heavier, under $200?

Edit, I dont use a disc-drive, at most a single 3.5 HDD, and be using M.2. for my SSD drives....

If you like tempered glass on a case, I recommend you the Anidees AI Crystal:
    http://www.overclockers.com/anidees-ai-crystal-case-review/
They sell another version of the same case without clear windows.
I'm using it and you can fit in any size of mobo. The CPU clearance is about 175mm.

I think the DG-8* Gaming Cases are ugly and poorly designed. (Not designed for the floor)

I would go with mid/full tower you like, and make sure to buy nice 4pin PWM fans, make sure they have rubber corners to help reduce vibration noise. Also replace the stock fans on any All-In-One liquid cooler you buy. you can also buy sound dampening foam to add inside the case.

You will need good airflow if you plan on running 2Way SLi in the future.
