Yeah, I've ran into the issue before with not being able to get a game bundle with amazon (when I ordered 1060 for my brother). 


Just got my 1080 FTW Hybrid off newegg, and prolly wont even use the code. Played the beta for both FH and GRW - not a huge fan! 




That has actually happened to me a few times where i have been in promo's that give out certain products, be it games or other things, but yeah their has been times that some promo's had certain games that i didn't like it at all, so i just took the Gpu or product i ordered and not bother with the promo's.
 
I heard Ghost Recon was good from a kid i know, but i haven't played it myself though. Just enjoy the product is the best thing you and anyone else can do, as that is what everyone else has had to do before heheh.

Hey...thanks for that one. I missed it earlier.  I personally used the Egg this time, after not using them for years. Got lucky with a combo deal tip on Disqus of all places that got me Ghost Recon, EVGA powerlink and the GPU delivered for ~$720 including tax and shipping.

Heavy and BCav, you are welcome. I remembered that I had previously seen it advertised, but it isnt on the front page anymore.. checked just in case, and the 1080ti was on the list. Had to make sure I shared it to others asap. :-)

Yes, I know that Amazon.com isn't listed on the page for the promotion while Amazon.ca is.
 
No, I didn't find out about this until after I just received my card today from Amazon.com
 
I've contacted Amazon.com to see if they had information.  They aren't even aware of this promotion.  I contacted NVIDIA who said the codes are provided by the retailer.  I contacted EVGA who only provides for cards directly purchased from EVGA.  Who ultimately is responsible for distributing these codes?  NVIDIA?  Why do EVGA cards sold through BestBuy, B&H, MicroCenter, Fry's, etc. have this promotion, however, Amazon doesn't?
 
I haven't opened the card and may just return to Amazon if they can't figure this out as I would certainly like one of those games.  Not really blaming anyone as I just didn't see the promotion details until it was too late. 
 
Hopefully someone at EVGA on these forums has more insight on this and provide some assistance.  


Couldn't you just send the card back (return) and then buy at a retailer offering a game?
