Flow Control refuses to launch

After running flow control without issue for some time, I've noticed that it's no longer running lately. When I try to launch it, it just disappears. I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but that hasn't made a difference.
 
I checked the event viewer and I don't see any logs for it.
Tried running it as an Administrator, reboot, etc.
Checked for log files but I don't see any log output in the install directory.
 
Any ideas?

    Try uninstalling the software & deleting the main install directory then rebooting the pc and reinstalling the software.
