Hi,
I have a new 5950x in Msi x570 unify motherboard and clc 360 and Flow Control cannot read CPU temp. Based on different forums, this seems to be common problem with new 5000 series CPUs and other cooler manufacturers have same problem like NZXT. Is EVGA aware about this issue and is there some update coming?

I emailed support about this and sent them the link. If they choose NOT to update Flow Control...I will probably return my new CLC 360 while I still can. Perhaps NZXT might be in my future...

I don't have very high hopes that they will do anything but I have seen people running EVGA CLC with NZXT app so maybe that would work if NZXT get their update out.

Response was that no one has yet seen an issue...oh well! Tried the NZXT software with my CLC...didn't recognize it. Perhaps I will try again

The software reads everything in my system except the CLC. Under cooling...says no supported device found

You may want to contact EVGA support and talk about the issue. Perhaps, if they have a concrete build to work with...it may help them

I received an email from Jaeson...they are looking into it as well
I have the same problem where my cpu temps aren't reading, so I can't set pump speed or fan speed curves based on CPU temp, If i go into the options it just crashes. I just thought it was an issue with the latest BIOS update 1.1.0.0 but I guess based on @bobmitch EVGA knows its their issue?

Another thought...
Set a very aggressive fan curve for the liquid...this way, as the CPU heats up...it will heat up the liquid and the fans will kick in sooner

My liquid seems to be always under 40 even I run some couple of hours simulation in Houdini and my radiator fans are 1500rpm. I think this radiator is so huge and 5000 series so cool (max what i have seen is 74c for 5950x) that i dont even need to run fans faster, even under full load.
