Either Arthur's Teacher Trouble by Mark Brown on my dad's Gateway 2000, or some interactive San Diego Zoo game on the same machine.
 
Followed quickly by Doom and some weird game where robots fight...One Must Fall maybe?

When I was little my mom bought me a PS1 and a game called Rosco McQueen Firefighter Extreme for it. I used to play that game non stop and looking back on gameplay videos now, it looks so odd! Definitely a throwback though.
