I can understand why they probably wouldn't do it, any other issue notwithstanding, but it'd be nice... I've exclusively used EVGA as my source of graphics cards for the last 12 years. I never even consider another brand.. I feel it would just be a nice reward for brand loyalty. I shouldn't be too mad, though. It just sucks for me not getting a card now, because once cold weather hits where I live, the humidity drops to 0% and my stupid apartment building has wall to wall carpet.. No point buying until warm weather again, wouldn't want to risk zapping my card and PC to death.  Right now it's humid as heck, and a new video card was the last piece I needed for the new PC I built in June, specifically to run a 3080 in! But, hey, maybe by spring time the 3080 Ti/Super with 20GB will be out and I'll be thankful I was forced to wait!

EVGA 2080ti owners should get first pick of the litter!
lol.. umm, no. Being that you already have a pretty powerful card, that wouldn't make much sense, or be fair, to the people who have a much lower end card and would really benefit from the 3080. I currently have a GTX 1080 that I picked up during the 10-series release fiasco. I mean, I definitely think the 30-series release in general has had more hype behind it.. feels like it does anywho. I skipped the 20-series.. I'm ready! I know getting a new 30-series card might be a little delayed, but I am happy just knowing that I will be getting one soon. I kinda had a feeling I not going to be getting one on Day 1 of release, and was prepared for that reality, and completely good with it. But, You bet your ass I'm going to be getting one of these EVGA 3080s when they do become available! Been looking forward to the Ampere release for awhile now..
