10 fans to 1 PC, you probably want to look at a fan controller.

I'm thinking of getting 2 3080 graphic card for my current case a fractal design r5.
Should i ass some more fans ? I already use 4 noctua one inside but the fractal design being a good sound proof case maybe i should get something with more airflow or just increase my air flow ?
Any ideas ?

You are airflow constricted with the R5.  If you like Fractual, look at the Meshify options.  Are you putting two 3080s in the case?  You know you can't SLI them.

One more question - is high airflow really that important if you aren’t over clocking at all?

Yes, it is important.  You need air to move through the case to prevent heat buildup, even if you are not overclocking.  The components are still producing heat that has to go somewhere, preferably outside the case. 
 
If you are not overclocking, you probably can run your case fans at a lower starting speed and thus have a quieter system depending on your temperatures.

This is just my opinion and experience, but anything that blocks airflow is not ideal, like front tempered glass, unless you have a side vent like the Lian Li Dynamic series and some other brands.

Thanks man - very helpful. It just looks so good but everyone I’ve spoken to says it’s thermals are rubbish. 5000d or O11 Dynamic it shall be
