Upgrading from 3060 to 4070 super

I only have one cable with 3 connectors one is going into my 3060. I was told I could use that one and the other to for the 4070. I got my computer built at Best Buy and I don’t have a second cable in the box so what do I need to do. I have a 3060, Ryzen 7 5800x, 32gb of ram, Asus Rog B550-f gaming motherboard, and a EVGA 650W GQ 80 plus gold.
