Log out of the website. Clear your browsing history. Log back in and try again.

It's also good to try another browser or different device if you can. So if it doesn't work for example on Microsoft Edge it's giving an error try Firefox or try on your phone. Only time I have had a lasting issue with the site was when products launched or when the site is down for maintenance but the maintenance always has a page that loads to let you know.

Make sure you send the issues to webmaster@evga.comIt might take 24-48 hours to resolve.

Yep already sent one the day you gave me the e-mail for the first time! It's just weird that this is an issue now when the ticket system worked fine for a couple of days.

Tried googling and I couldn't find anything to it; do you mabye have an idea what the problem could be? To be fair I didn't answer the ticket for a week or so since I was busy

Sorry your still having issues using the EVGA ticket system. Lets see if I can help What part of the World is your EVGA Warranty Area? USA & Canada/ EMEA/ LATAM/ APAC/ Taiwan Log out of all websites ---> Clear your browser & "DNS Cache" --> Set Browser & Security in your preferred Browser to "Standard" Do not block cookies from EVGA Turn Off your VPN, if your using one. Now, Reboot your PC --> then try to Log back in

Hello and thank you aswell, it's just that I wanted to reply to the ticket since I don't know if it closes because of inactivity and I already received the RMA Step 1 E-Mail today but I do want to wait a bit with sending my GPU back since I'm looking to get a second GPU to use since I don't have any integrated graphics card

Any news? I still can't answer my tickets on multiple devices and different internet connections (wifi/lan, mobile data etc) It's really important because my RMA has been approved and my "number" is valid for 14 days now but I couldn't response the whole time so I can tell the support that I want to put my RMA on hold since I'm in need of a second GPU before sending mine since I don't have an integrated gpu and I really need to use my PC

Didn't call them yet since the first tickets started with troubleshooting first but I can't reply to the e-mails anyway for the ticket. I did e-mail webmaster@evga.com 5 days ago but so far there's no response but I assume that was because of the holidays in EU? Pretty frustrating that I just can't answer them back EDIT: email'd them again* to be fair; no solution yet

You should try calling or emailing them when they are open for business, not night time, on the weekend, or during a holiday.
