ram issue help

asus rog b550 f
ryzen 7 5800x3d
evga rtx 3090 ftw 3 ultra
was running four 8 gig sticks of gskill trident neo rgb 3600 and now i switched to same ram but two 16 gig sticks. doesnt matter which i use every so often my display goes out and dram light on motherboard is on and i have to restart. does,nt do it all the time. any help and since it has done it with 4 or 2 sticks of ram i dont think it is the ram. any help

    Have you tried to set your memory manually instead of using xmp?

    The frequency, timings & voltage set inside the bios should match the jedec stickers on the sides of your ram modules without having xmp enabled…

    i cant see that due to the rgb heat shield cover,anyways i set bios back to docp 3600 and blck to 1800, checked asus site and ram is ok for this board and it did it with 8 gig sticks and now with 16 gig sticks so i dont think its the ram itself. and it only does it maybe once or twice a month its not consistant.
