I have an damaged video card model GT 640.
An component was melted and is damaged.
I have figured the component, but the name need confirmation.
What is the component name in image between red lines ?
That component have 6 pins (3 in each side). How is melted not is possible read the information inside of damaged component.

Is an SOT-363 , SOT-363-3 or SOT-363-6 ? Both are similar ?
Is an NPN , N-channel or P-channel ?
I not have much knowledge about eletronics ... an friend will change the component for me. However I need find the correct component.
