I bought an EVGA 1000 G+ from Newegg. 
It came with a Chinese power cord and manual. Other than that it looks identical to the G+ I already have.
Is it safe to use or should I return it.

    EVGA registered it and it works with a US cord so all is good.

    You still didn't get the correct power cord in the box, so contact EVGA so that they can send you the correct cord.
