asus b550 f gaming mobo. running 4 8 gig sticks of gskill trident neo rgb ram 3600 cas 14. once or twice a month my display goes black and dram led light is lit up on motherboard but pc stays on so i restart and all is good then at some point it does it again. not an everyday thing. when i restart i see the mobo leds go through their process during boot and they all go out. asus utility says ram ok. all temps are ok. im thinking bios update maybe. i know there is a newer version.

You running xmp? If yes, disable it, and see if the issue goes away then.

+1 to what Sajin has said. When you disable XMP put your memory/voltage settings in the BIOs manually.

OK after messing with it I get a dram light it stays on and I can't get anything on my monitor It won't even boot back into bios. I'm reading I may have to take the battery out and reset the bios I don't know I shouldn't have messed with it

was able to reset using screwdriver and 2 pins on motherboard . so im back where i started. ram set at 3600 fldk set at 1800 and dram voltage is at 1.45 and is lit in pink color. if i change to 3200 fldk 1600 voltage is same.  so because im getting voltage in that color in bios i think it might be telling me somthing.
