Plug and play. Hopefully it makes random disconnects less frequent.

somebody with the disconnection issues in previous drivers installed this new one ? any new issues ?

The sleep mode on z12 seems buggy. I have unchecked the sleep mode so the keyboard stays light up but every keyboard reboot (be it by unplugging the USB or restarting PC) seems to reset the setting to default (sleep after 5 minutes).
I am running windows 10, i7-7700.

I have the EVGA Z20 keyboard and ever since the firmware updated to 1.38, my question mark key no longer registers in test or in any kind of use. Is there a way to revert the firmware back to an earlier version. The key is not broken, it was working before the update. Thanks in advance.

I upgraded from v1.0.21.0 to 1.0.22.0 and the program no longer runs. Had to go back to 1..0.21.0 and disable searching for updates. Something is wrong...

This v1.0.22 update has created an issue where my keyboard macros disappear, they are still ASSIGNED to the said key but, I can no longer VIEW the macro and/or EDIT it anymore. It's not listed in my macros. This issue is new and only happened since upgrading the firmware.
Also, EVERY EVGA product I have ever owned other than my 1070 has had issues. My Keyboard came with a broken switch on the numpad enter key and my mouse came with broken internal wiring about 15cm down from the mouse, had to cut the cable and resolder it all etc. The keyboard i've just had to put up with because RMA would take months, and I can't be bothered. I have an EVGA external capture card but am too afraid to even open it.
Please fix the issues regarding the macros as I use them frequently and replacing them, especially lengthier ones, and setting their ms is a real pain in the neck, all I have had from you guys is problem after problem.

After My RMA is been like 7 months again I am beginning to start getting on my Z20 random disconnects and yes I have latest Unleash rgb and firmwares. Already check today again before writing this. AAAAH! looks like another RMA. MMM You know reason I bought keyboard & Mouse from EVGA I wanted the name all over my Rig. MOBO, PSU,GPU CLC............. Understand what i am trying to accomplish here. Sadly I have come to conclusion maybe just maybe I have to change somethings.

Can I just ask, what USB port do you have this plugged into. Mine did the same (as well as having a broken switch) until I kept it in a USB 3.0 port. Seems it requires a higher power output. Mine is a Z20 though.

Had to wait a few days to see if it worked, and nope, it doesn't seem to do anything to improve the issue.
