Six months ago I bought an X17 mouse directly from EVGA's website. It was excellent, until it broke. It was under warranty, so I contacted EVGA and they set up an RMA. No big deal......then I received my replacement mouse. It's HEAVILY used. We're talking months, if not years of wear and tear. The texture on the bottom is completely worn through. The pads all have grit and grime caked into them. There are deep scratches on the top surface. The replacement mouse is in much worse shape than my broken mouse!I know EVGA is in trouble, but you couldn't spring for a new mouse? It's not like we're talking about a $1500 graphics card. It's a $25 mouse. You had to give me one that's caked in someone else's hand-cheese? You had to give me someone else's used COVID incubator? You couldn't at least polish out the scratches?
Update: Someone from EVGA reached out to me and offered to send a replacement.
Thank you!

It says I'm a superclocked member, but really I'm just here for the chicks.
