Ok, got it. Solution: You have to manually set the ratio limit to the Intel TVB values under cpu multiplier control.

Hello,
sorry for coming up with another probably stupid question.
I have my Z590 Dark running now, current BIOS, all drivers up to date. I dont want to OC by now, just use the Intel stock features TB an TVB.
Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to set the bios so that Turbo Boost and TVB run without any OC so that the individual cores adaptive run up to 5.3 Ghz. This is important for me because I mainly use MSFS and use the two fast cores with 5.3 Ghz the most.
Just as it is set here in the Eleet X1:
(How to upload pictures?)
In the Bios I just found one single option for TB but not so for TVB (EIST -> Turbo Mode)
In fact, when I give load (CPU-Z Bench for the sake of simplicity) all cores only run up to/with 4.8Ghz. That costs me about 50 counters in the single thread bench, which should be over 700, currently I always end at 650.
Also under MSFS, max boost is 4,8Ghz but I want to see 5,3Ghz adaptive set to the mainthread core.
Win10 power settings are set to balanced.
What do I have to set in the BIOS for this? As I said, I'm new to EVGA, come from Gigabyte, it was quite easy there.
There is a setting for TVB max that does exactly what I want.
Thank you!
