Question regarding RMA returns and replacements - Answer found!

I read we can send the product back in its original packaging, I assume that means with everything that it came with, within reason.  Is the replacement sent out as a new product in its original packaging with all accessories and paperwork?

    All you will get back is a video card, maybe not even in a retail box. Don't send in anything you want to keep. Anything you send in which isn't the video card, you will probably never see again.

    That is correct. Send the video card and no other accessories.
