This sucks.

What's this all about?

Bad changes:
The cookies button is in the way at times, and it never goes away.
The stylesheet is messed up for some things where now it is black text on a black background, where it used to not be that way.
Every page you load, you have to manually pinch zoom out, because the page displays zoomed in by default for some reason.
The buttons at the top of the page are more sensitive than ever. I don't know if pinch zooming is causing the problem, or something else, but I have never had the top menus drop down over everything by accident so often.

The cookie button is new, and won't go away, but I wasn't aware other changes were being made.  If the placement is awkward, we can look into moving it.  Thanks for the report, though.  I'll pass it to the team.

Which OS and mobile browser are you on?

Hi,

Sorry for the issues.  Can you you send screenshots to me showing this and also what OS you are on (Android or iOS) and what browser you are using so we can reproduce and fix?  Email to rbaca@evga.com.

Thank You,
Rob

On Chrome, Android version 13, I see the new black on black buttons you're talking about. It's Site Map, Subscribed Forums, Mark all Forums Read, and Forum Filter buttons. They are similarly difficult to read on Chrome on Windows 11 (non-mobile-related).

Also, I'm seeing a white page with some text for a second in between loading every page. there's a paragraph of text, but it seems to go away within 1 second and it's too fast to read any of it really. I see "style>onetrust..." and a lot more. Edit: This is happening on Chrome on Windows 11 as well. Got a screenshot fast enough:

I'm not getting any weird zoom-issues though.

I see what you mean on the drop downs. If you zoom out a bit and just try to move the page around with one finger anywhere near the top of the screen, it'll hit one of the drop-downs (forums, posts, pms, page extras). I generally don't drag the screen around from up there, but I could get it to show the problem you were talking about very easily.

Not just mobile, on Latest Edge the Black Forums, Posts, PMs, Page Extras, and Menu line is running into the yellow line making the top of the letters not appear correctly.

I don't have the time to make a lengthy reply, or write an email.

It's an Android phone with chromium-based browser. Up to date with no updates recently.

Observations below.

Change the cookies color from green to black with grey highlights.  It would blend better if its going to be permanent

How? I want to get rid of it too.
Can't we get those settings where we have all the other settings for the site, user control panel?
Please.

That works great.  Long time user of Adblock Plus here.  Good for getting rid of any of those nagging pop-ups you don't want to see.

Like everyone here, I realize that the constant popups for cookie management is always annoying.  At the same time, we have to comply with California's CCPA and Europe's GDPR requirements for privacy and cookies.  We've decided to follow the strictest rules for privacy control in all aspects, regardless of your location, so it might be an inconvenience for little things like a cookie popup, but I know you guys also want control over this stuff, too.  Catch-22, right?

No issue if you guys want to use pop-up blockers to remove this stuff on your own, but we still need to provide easy ways to manage things like cookies in case you change your mind.

I had to switch to FireFox with Adblock on desktop but for the life of me I can’t get rid of it on my iPhone. Tried FF with Adblock and some others Adblock for Safari no go and it’s driving me nuts.
Put it under menu and be done with it. Does it really have to be right there on top of everything?
I have the iPhone 2022 SE and it’s a small phone that stupid circle takes up too much real estate. Come on guys burry that thing somewhere.

It’s been slightly off for me but I was thinking it might have been a recent beta iOS update.

I think I am running 16.3.2 as the latest beta for my phone so I won’t blame EVGA if everything isn’t perfect.

The text size is still wonky and weird. It's like they tried to make things more legible, so now it doesn't fit correctly and overflows onto new lines in weird places.

But, it's way better.
