RTX 3090 Ti blackartifacts on half of monitor

On my recently purchased/installed 3090Ti Black there are a rainbow of colors/dots/artifacts on half of one of the monitors. I run triples and the affected monitor is the center one. The left half is inundated with this "rainbow" of dots.
I have reloaded the latest driver and played with some settings, but nothing has worked.
 
Any suggestions?

    Try different monitor cables, swap cables between monitors, swap which monitor outputs on the card each monitor is connected to, and try HDMI instead of DP (or vice versa). You need to do whatever you can to determine if it is a monitor issue, a cable issue, or a card issue.

    I have tried reconfiguring my connections as recommended above.
     
    No change, 1/2 of the center monitor still has these artifacts??????

    SAME MONITOR / different cables and ports, sounds like its got to be the  the monitor
