    Right-click the desktop, select the NVIDIA Control Panel, then click Help at the top and select System Information.  When the popup window comes up, you can see the driver version in the display tab.

    These drivers consistenly have done something wrong with the 30 series (EVGA RTX3080 FTW3 Ultra 10G here). I had a lot (almost any game) crashes pointing towards the "nvlddmkm" issue which is now 10x worse with his specific driver. Had to go back to the 527.56 GRD and all the errors and stutters dissapeared magically. Check the nvidia forums, it's full of complaints towards this driver in particular.
