nice, congrats! didn't need one myself but would send on to some friends still looking if stock is normalizing. lol at that happening while nvidia still has the 4080s priced in the clouds

I think stock will normalize since NVIDIA got a huge increase in chip production and mining isn’t really a thing with Bitcoin being only worth like 25% of what it was a year ago. Quickly the people who can afford a 4090 will have one and the price doesn’t really support scalpers making a huge profit.

IKR I've been looking for one, too.
Fedex del on Monday ! Won't have all the parts for new build until Friday. Will put card in current rig and see how much difference it makes in new rig .

Aye, NVIDIA is only supplying a trickle of these cards. Seven weeks after launch and 160,000 sold to date to sate global demand. Did see a random MSI 4090 Gaming on Newegg some days back that was there at least an hour. So there are trickling out there. It's just very slow. Edit: Funny, after posting this I noticed the 4090's are back in stock on the ASUS store. Anyone looking better go grab one.

I keep looking multiple times a day, It might be trickling out the builders ATM, not seeing any 4090s at all , I wonder if the trickle stays after the 7900 xtx release, or do you just wait until January /February when the actual pressure comes to move the tons of inventory waiting in the wings , I think after the 3090 1 K discount of Q3 it might be worth the wait.

After benchmarking RTX4090 this weekend with garage door open and cold . I don't think a water block well help them any because of power restrictions . The coolers and fans do a great job with in the power restriction. You can get card colder and will clock higher but restriction on power hold it back . Now a shunted card may change that. I have not flashed Strix vbios to the card because I don't think it will help. I did put windows 11 on this rig that has so many issues .
