Using this on with an Asus ROG Crosshair X670e Hero with a 7950x.

After hooking everything up, I get a Warning! Message in red on the display when I power up the system, then a moment later, everything shuts down.

I was able to make it to the bios settings a couple times, apparently, the CPU is overheating, reaching over 100 degrees Celsius.

I don't hear the pump at all, nor do I feel anything from the tubes, the display doesn't really fit on securely, it wiggles a tiny bit from side to side. I've put alot of pressure on it, to make sure it's on as good as possible.

If anyone can help, please do, this is driving me crazy.

The following below was copied from the manual. Please recheck the steps from the manual. If you run into difficulties contact EVGA tech support.

Page 4 from the manual: Next, screw the standoff into the backplate. Fasten the standoffs to the backplate you installed in the previous step for LGA 12XX / 115X motherboards part and LGA 17XX motherboards part . For AMD platforms, remove the stock AMD mounting bracket, keep the original backplate. After aligning the collars, screw in the standoff to the collars and stock AMD Backplate . *The collars have marked “AM5” and “AM4” on each side, facing up the correct side of collars according your AMD platform. I followed the manual, reseated everything, it's in there tight, it's the LCD display, it doesn't fasten tight, it wiggles.

Since the LCD cap just snaps on, I would expect it to move around a little..What does the Warning! message in red on the display say?

Just the word "Warning!" in red.
    Wish there was more.

Make sure you're using the right standoffs for AMD socket AM5/AM4 or the cooler won't make proper contact with the CPU.

The connections are pretty straight forward..The SATA connector should power up the pump/unit via the '16 Pin 1-to-4 Cable' as soon as your PC is turned on.

If you're sure you have everything mounted and connected correctly, it's time to Contact EVGA Tech Support (call) for assistance.

North America, I'll check everything again, but not hearing the pump is concerning.

The pump won't start unless the LCD cap is installed properly and you've plugged in the SATA power cable.  I think it will give more specific warnings if you don't plug in the fan header, fans, and USB.

The fans are spinning, the motherboard sees them.

I am having the same issue. For me I’m doing a fresh build on a azus tuf z790 with a i7 13700k. It blinks a red “warning!” Message 3 times before it pauses and repeats. No other error shown.

Couldn't find any review for EVGA CLCx 360mm. EVGA store doesn't have it on stock (Amazon have)

Just to help anyone that may encounter this problem, EVGA replaced the unit (pump didn't work, could feel that no water was moving through the tubes), with a working unit, so far, it's a good AIO, haven't had a chance to put it through any real torture tests, but everyday uses have yielded positive results so far.
