Hello, I have upgraded my SC15 to Windows 11 and PrecisionX Mobile closes right after being opened. This is visible on the task bar and in task manager. When opening the Keyboard RGB executable directly it's able to open but changing settings does not apply to the keyboard. Please help because the default keyboard LEDs are horrible for a laptop that I primarily for software development. Thanks.

I doubt the software has Windows 11 support given the age of the laptop, but I can check with the team to verify on their end.

Just to check, have you disabled Memory Integrity in Windows? If not, this probably needs to be disabled for the software to work.

Same here. A message tells that some dll are missing...
I had this issue but I was able to resolve it by installing the correct runtime binaries from Microsoft. If you Google SC15 (or SC17) and your DLL error you should be able to find the same download. Then you will be in the same boat where it opens without error and exits not 5 seconds after.

Good question — I can confirm this setting is disabled (and I learned about a new Windows setting today).

Windows 11 is not supported by this laptop, and this laptop is no longer supported by EVGA. It is unlikely that you will see a sudden breakthrough.

What future? EVGA doesn't make laptops any more. EVGA doesn't make video cards any more. EVGA hasn't made any motherboards recently, hasn't announced any upcoming motherboards, and let go its motherboard design team. EVGA doesn't make sound cards any more. EVGA does not answer questions about its capture devices. EVGA doesn't update its software any more. EVGA doesn't update its drivers any more. What future EVGA anything do you see yourself in?

Sad but true. Came back here to let the world know my SC15 stopped working today 😢 Such a great laptop and an even better lesson about buying laptops from a reputable MFG that will be around for its entire service life, lest you be left with an expensive paperweight with no support.
