Will the EVGA CLC 360mm fit in the front of the DG-76 case? From from I've read it seems like it should, but I'd rather be sure before trying.

Me, I not care for front/side installed CPU AIO, I have read for optimum use you need to take out each fan and reverse them so air is drawn into the case not blow from inside to outside. I have a top mounted EVGA CLC 280 so I not know how well that would actually work. Personally I not see why just reversing the air flow through your entire system would work just as well, reverse the back fan so it becomes the intake not output. Throw the heat out of the front of the case instead leaving the AIO fans as they are.

Yes, i have a CLC 280 in the front of my son's DG-76 case, it can fit a 360 in the front as well with no issues.
