B-Stock PSU DOA - Return/replacement process?

Hello, I've purchased a B-Stock PSU (850 G6) which is DOA. 


What's the return/replacement process here? The regular RMA process requires that I bear the shipping cost which is unacceptable. 
Can EVGA moderators please chime in?
