Must I pay for the shipping?!

So this is my first time ordering from EVGA and I have a question. I ordered a PSU and i chose the free shipping option but when I check my tracking number it says I need to pay for it. I am very confused must I pay for it? (Reminder I chose the free shipping option)

    The shipping was free on your order, but your country is probably charging taxes and duties. Note that we do not charge tax ourselves when shipping outside the US for this reason.

    Why does EVGA still offer "free" UPS shipping to Canada? This has been asked so many times for years!
    Why doesn't EVGA eliminate the option?
    With UPS exorbitant paperwork fees on the saver shipments, it is usually cheaper to ship via UPS expedited. It has been this way for a long time. EVGA should at some point realize that buyers aren't aware, and stop even offering it as an option.

    This has actually been changed for a little while.  When free shipping is offered to Canada, it is UPS Expedited these days.  I will acknowledge that it hasn't always been in the past, but this is our current policy.
