XR1 Lite 4K Passthrough - Does Not Passthrough CEC, HDR & Dolby Vision

I have this connected to my Nvidia Shield TV device and at first glance it seems to be functional (since capture works) but my TV no longer receives HDR, Dolby Vision and CEC commands from the Nvidia Shield. I would've assumed that the 4K 60Hz passthrough would actually pass everything through from the source device...  Are these bugs, limitations, or is there something else that I am missing?
 
Setup:
Nvidia Shield -> XR1 Lite HDMI (HDCP off) -> Denon X3700H -> LG CX TV
 
Firmware:
  • USB firmware: v01.04.06.06.0501
  • MCU firmware: v09.0D

    Same here, just got one off Ebay, brand NEW! tried with my Xbox Series X...
    FIRST of all, DOES NOT INCLUDE A HDMI 2.0 High-Speed cable, had to use one from my old Xbox One, wich IS high speed, and got 4K passthrough working... BUT
    No HDR, HDR10, dolby Vision, Nothing passes through, just plain old 4k signal

    I had to get a PRO in order to do HDR.
