Just got an EVGA Z20, and I'm experiencing a few problems that I haven't encountered before on my Corsair keyboard, which I didn't like for other reasons.

    1. If I have one lighting effect on top of another, both covering a key, the effect below doesn't do anything even if the effect on top is not lighting up the key at all. I suggest adding an optional "transparent" mode to each lighting effect, so that if a specific lighting effect isn't lighting up a specific key, then the lighting effect below that one takes over for lighting that key. (A "mixing" mode would be cool too, so that when one effect fades out, it mixes between it and the next one, but this could be a bit weird to implement).
    2. There is no way to make the caps/num/scroll lock keys change colour when caps/num/scroll lock is activated. I know there are indicator lights on the right but I find this much more convenient. It would be very helpful if this could be added (maybe as an option to the "static on" effect).

Also, the TOF sensor is really cool, but it is completely underutilized. There's no way to make anything custom with the TOF sensor. Just adding a "trigger at X distance" option to custom lighting effects would increase the possibilities exponentially.

Lastly, and I know this is more or less a gimmick, but the keyboards I've had before all had a music visualizer mode. Would be interesting if this were added.

All in all, awesome hardware, software side kinda lacking in the RGB department. (It's also a bit buggy and wasn't letting me save the settings properly but oh well what RGB software doesn't have that problem?)

I feel like these latest drivers make my keyboard (Z15) more prone to the issue of the keyboard not working on PC start-up or when the PC is being woken up from sleep. Like the keyboard is plugged in, but it won't respond nor does the num-lock light turn on. My only way to fix it is to unplug the USB cable and then plug it back in. I have tried using different USB ports and changing the BIOS settings based on online search results but the issue has persisted. The issue was also there with the previous driver versions, it just happened a little less frequently. Going to roll back to the previous drivers for now.

Hi. Can you explain how you can roll back drivers in my Z12? If I know I can do this, I would be more willing to be an early adopter of the new software/drivers. Thanks

I just uninstalled the Unleashed software and then re-installed the older version of the software using the download link from the older thread on the forum here. Maybe not a "rollback" per se but I'm assuming that results with me ending up with the older drivers.

Thanks. With the 1.0.19 download safely stored on my PC, I just allowed the software to update and see now it is version 1.0.20. However, the Setup still shows the driver version as v. 0.25. So did the driver update or only the Unleash RGB?

I have updated the Unleash RGB for my Z12 to v 1.0.20. But the driver version shown in the setup area still shows as 0.25. So was there a driver update or only changes to the RGB software? Thanks

Half of my macros get deleted automatically.

For instance, if I made a macro that typed, "123456789qqqqq", it would delete half of it and end up being "89qqqqq"... Frustrating..

    Z20 bug...

if the TOF effect has the RGB off because you were away and then you press a key, the lighting effect should immediately re-engage.

instead it waits for the physical sensor to trigger, begins the effect and then re-engages even though I've already been typing for a minute or two

Hi , I recently brought a EVGA Z12 Keyboard , after updating to the latest firmware, the keyboard seem to become very buggy.
Sometimes , it will keep pressing enter by itself and the enter at the numpad section doesn't seems to work.
After unplug and plug in the EVGA Z12 Keyboard , it will spam the enter key by itself.

Can I ask , is there any way I can downgrade the firmware to the older version? Because the latest firmware seems to be very buggy.
    Very disappointed in EVGA keyboard.

    Follow this link ->  https://www.evga.com/support/download/

Then select the "Other Products" tab.  In the Category drop down box select Keyboard.  In the Part number box select Z12.  In the Type box select Unleash RGB.  Make sure you remove the check mark from "Show the Latest Driver".  Then click Submit.  You'll see all the revisions and corresponding OS versions for whichever you're running.
