Hi everyone,
 
I bought a 750 BQ PSU a year ago because I wanted to upgrade my GPU. I was recently able to get a new GPU, so I opened the PSU for the first time, but I believe it's defective as it couldn't handle heavy loads. The Problem is I want to get a replacement for it but I don't have the receipt anymore. Is there any way for me to get this replaced?

    Where did you purchase it from? If you bought it directly from evga then you don’t need a receipt.

    unfortunately, I bought it from Canada computers or New Egg.

    You can always log into those sites and see if an account will show a purchase history. I know several sites will allow you to print out a digital copy long after the order. It's possible that they could even look it up by the email you gave when you placed the order for confirmation.
     
    While it might not matter in this case also most major retailers can look up purchase history using a credit card number or email or phone number if you signed up with those.

    You can get receipt from any site you buy items from. Make screenshot of it and send to EVGA Provided you already register in EVGA website.
