Over the past few days Greymon has been sharing some further details on the upcoming Radeon RX 7900 cards based on RDNA3 series. These series are to exclusively use Navi 31 GPU, and they should appear before models from new Radeon series. The leaker now claims that RX 7900 series will feature 20 Gbps memory, which is higher than previously rumored 18 Gbps. Additionally, he notes that 24 Gbps memory may appear in RX 7x50XT refresh later. Radeon RX 7900 series equipped with 384-bit memory bus and 20Gbps memory would enable maximum memory bandwidth of 960 GB/s. Note, this bandwidth does not account for Infinity Cache.

Furthermore, Greymon reaffirms the rumors that Radeon RX 7000 series launch should be in November. This is actually not new information, but it matches previous claims that RDNA3 series may appear 6 to 8 weeks after Ryzen 7000 CPU series. Red Gaming Tech claims to have initial lineup specs for Radeon RX 7000 series, including RX 7900, RX 7800, RX 7700 and RX 7600 series. Historically speaking, it is very unlikely that the specs of RX 7700-7600 are finalized, so we encourage everyone to take those with a grain of salt. RGT’s specs appears to match what other leakers claim, such as the one that Navi 31 will only be used by Radeon RX 7900 series. The Navi 32, on the other hand, would be used by Radeon RX 7800 and RX 7700 series.

This info is rumor, but it seems to be close to what may be correct based on other internet rumors.
