Hello!

I purchased this PSU in May as an upgrade for my son's system. Last night while the PC was idling, it suddenly started making loud popping sounds and started shooting sparks out of the back of the unit.
I have attempted to RMA the unit but I have been unable to get a support ticket number for the last half hour in order to submit the RMA.

I have tried several browsers and am getting the following error:
An error occurred while processing your request.
Reference #30.8e291eb8.1658692100.2ca6dc6

I would like to be able to rma this unit please. I really need to replace it just so I can find out what other parts of my son's computer may be fried.

Thank you

Hi Liavain,

EVGA is usually closed during the weekend, but I think you can reach out to support at support@evga.com and they can help generate a support ticket. Make sure to include your region just in case you are not in the USA, so they can get you to the right folks to help you.
