Hi, I just bought an Evga GT 1000W(220-GT-1000-X2).
I would like to ask if I could use my sleeved PSU cable set "100-G2-08RR-B9" which I used with my previous one 850 P2.

https://www.evga.com/support/faq/FAQdetails.aspx?faqid=59698
Here I saw that the GT series was also included in the compatibility lists.
Thanks!

Hi, I have already contacted but they just sent me to this page: https://www.evga.com/support/faq/FAQdetails.aspx?faqid=59698
But it's not specific enough. It would take an updated list of the latest power supplies for each kit. in doubt for now I only used the cables bundled with my new 1000 GT, even if I had to struggle a lot with the sata.

OK, had no idea where you were located - as your profile is blank

750-850 G2/G3/P2/T2 Red Power Supply Cable Set   (Excerpt) "Supports G2/G3/P2/T2 models ONLY."

So, the FAQ lists many cables with G2 & GT in the same set .... even if I do not see your specific new PSU listed .. should work ... EVGA would need to be contacted directly for an Official statement

Your new 220-GT-1000 - is NOT listed under ---> "Power Supplies based on other pinouts:" part of FAQ

& It is NOT Listed under: (only lists BQ, GQ & G2L PSUs)  --->No CompatibilityThese power supplies are not compatible with any EVGA Individually Sleeved Cable sets:

Guess you'll have to mention your New PSU is Not specifically listed in the FAQ ----> Mention this thread & my Post in your NEXT email

But if you see the FAQ page: https://www.evga.com/support/faq/FAQdetails.aspx?faqid=59698
the GT series is included in the lists "Power Supplies based on the G2/P2/T2 pinout"
Where you can read: "Compatible with XXXX watt and under B3/B5/G2/G3/G5/G6/GA/GM/GP/GT/P2/P3/P5/P6/P+/T2 Models"

    And for example in Cablemod compatibility page I see: "E-Series G5 / G3 / G2 / P2 / T2    EVGA®     SuperNOVA GT 1000"
For the GT 1000W (and the others of the series) they give compatibility with the kits for G5/G3/G2/P2/T2(E-series cables).

Imho it's a very confusing situation...and for now I used only bundled cables.
