Hello,
I'm working on hooking up my Cannon R series camera to OBS in order to do 4k live streams. I can output 4k from my camera to a TV fine. However when I introduce the XR1 Pro going to OBS things stop working so well. If I set the Video Capture in OBS to 1080 everything works fine. The LEDs on the top are scrolling green. However, if I put it on 1440 or 4k then I get a screen that says "Not Support" and solid green LEDs. I can't find any manual indicating what "Not Support" means or what a solid green LED means. I've attached some screenshots. Hopefully they help. Any support is appreciated.

Another point of information. If I go through the XR1 Pro to the TV I only get 1080p as well.

Are you using a 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 cable?

Yes, after going back and forth with support it sounds like I likely have a defective unit. I was running out of time though and picked up a LGU from AVerMedia and it worked fine on being plugged in so it probably was a bad unit. I appreciate supports help in digging into the issue.
